The "Agency" pays great attention to the youth, with the goal of particular importance being their active participation in social processes, creating opportunities and supporting youth employment, education and prevention of harmful phenomena for them, increasing their awareness of negative phenomena, identifying the passive youth and their inclusion as in activities against bad phenomena. Initiating and promoting the activation of young people on issues of common national and international interest as an advisory institution on issues and situations related to youth, advancement and protection of activities for the benefit of young people, youth infrastructure, organization and management of campaigns and activities for the prevention of the use of drugs, alcohol and tobacco, activation and organization of youth in social life such as sports, art, culture, health care, economy, etc., as well as the restoration of professions, free to build a career and tolerance between them.

Unlike other organizations with a similar name, where civilians can only be sympathizer members, "The Agency" is an organization where civilians play an important role in cooperating with law enforcement agencies for community policing and police stability through partnership with each other. Our leaders are security experts, former and current members of the police, military and security services, they are here to share their knowledge and skills with ordinary citizens to know how to respond in emergency situations and cooperate with the authorities the turn. An important part of the "Agency" is the Law Enforcement Division, which is designed to connect police, military and law enforcement officials from around the world to make a common contribution. The "Agency" works to promote the exchange of professional experience, promote friendship between police officers from all countries, promote humanitarian work, educate civilians to understand the importance of police work and the education we will give them, and support young people , who wish to become police officers or military personnel.
